Orders are processed within 24 hours of placing an order and usually arrive in 3-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail. If an order is made during a promotional sale period, please expect an additional 1-2 business days to be added to the total processing and shipping time.
WHOLESALE ORDERS: Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your orders. Wholesale products are made to order.
If you place an expedited order (next day shipping) this does not mean that your order goes out the next day. In most cases it will go out the very next day, or even the same day if you place the order at the same time orders are being processed.
We will only send you a confirmation of order email. Your next email will be your confirmation of shipping, which includes your tracking number. We do not email in between those emails unless there is a concern with your order.
Keep in mind, the approximate processing time is mostly there in the event an item is out of stock. Most orders do get shipped within 24 hours, but since we can't predict the demand of the orders in advance, we do add the additional business days in the event you place your order on a very busy day.
Once you order has been delivered, we are not responsible for orders left sitting on your front porch or mailbox. Please keep in mind that products can change original form if left exposed to extreme heat or sunlight.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If for any reason the incorrect shipping address was entered before confirming and placing your order, immediately contact us at email@example.com.
- Recipient name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary.
-Also, please use CHANGE OF ADDRESS in the subject line of the email
There is no guarantee that your Change of address request will be granted upon contact. If your request is granted, you will receive an email confirmation.
If an order is placed, and the customer immediately alters his mind towards the specific products ordered, we are open to Swap requests. Please note, products being swapped must be of the same equal value.

In your email, be sure to include:
-SWAP REQUEST in the subject line
--Name of recipient, order number, screen shot of original order and SWAP items.
SWAP REQUESTS can only take place if the order has not been shipped.
There is no guarantee that swap requests will be approved.
If swap request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
If it has not been approved due to the package already being shipped, your original order will be shipped and the no refund/exchange policy will apply.
