If a tracking number shows that a package was delivered, TME Cosmetics will not be responsible. You will have to contact the United States Postal Service at



TME Cosmetics products are not tested by the FDA. Please consult with your physician before use.


We have a STRICT no REFUND policy and no exchange on ALL skincare and beauty  products.


Here at TME Cosmetics, accidents do happen and as such we will  do whatever it takes to restore your trust if incorrect items were mailed to you. Do not hesitate to contact us if you received an incorrect item at
